Sara brings several years of experience to her role as a psychologist, with a focus on overall well-being. Sara is passionate about trauma-informed counselling and provides support for a variety of mental health concerns. These include depression, anxiety, phobias, neurodiversity in children and adults, as well as Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD). She also assists with parenting and managing behavioural challenges in children.

Sara utilises Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and CBT to tailor therapeutic approaches that address each person’s unique needs. Her approach is grounded in empathy, active listening, and a collaborative mindset, ensuring that therapy is both effective and supportive.

For children and adolescents, including those as young as three years old, Sara provides specialised support for Autism Spectrum Disorder and Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). Her work with children emphasises creating a safe and engaging therapeutic environment that fosters development and resilience.

Sara is committed to creating a non-judgmental space where clients feel understood and empowered to work towards their personal goals. Whether you're seeking help for specific issues, managing behavioural challenges, or exploring life direction, Sara will to support you every step of the way.

Sara works at CHELSEA on Thursday and Friday until 7pm and fortnightly Saturdays until 3pm.
